Acknowledge and preferably write it down!
We are often good at blaming ourselves and others for not living up to our expectations of perfection! And, we focus on weaknesses
- ours and others. We expend energies on the negative - when we look for things to be grateful about, we elevate our thoughts
and expectations to generate more of the same.
One way to magnify our strengths (as well as those of others) is to acknowledge ourselves (and others) for at least one thing done well daily.
